He is the Managing Director and co-founder of the company. Mathias Dapilah is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute UK (ACII) and a Chartered Insurance Broker. He holds a Masters in Insurance and Risk Management from Cass Business School, London. He also holds a B.A. with Honours in Geography and Resource Development from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Certificate in International Water Management from the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden.
Prior to joining the company, he worked at KEK Insurance Brokers. He rose through the ranks where he was the pioneer in expanding the company into Sierra Leone and Liberia within two years and driving same to market leading positions. He is an astute insurance broker of great experience and achievements in his profession. As a result he was awarded the Cullum/Towergate Scholarship in 2011 for insurance and risk management by Peter Cullum CBE in London. He has about one decade professional insurance experience and attended several seminars/workshops/conferences on insurance, reinsurance and management both locally and internationally. He has undergone training in Corporate Governances, Finance and Leading & Managing People from the GIMPA Business School
